I went through 5 interview rounds and completed an edit test. The edit test was quite lengthy, a bit much, and really draining for a candidate. It felt like it went on for a long time.

I went through 4 interview rounds, then did a 4 hour writing test. They said a decision would be made the next week. Then they told me OOO time was delaying things and I'd hear back the following week after that. I never heard back. The recruiter ghosted me, and I never got a rejection email or any feedback.

Had a basic interview and some behavioral questions. The interviewer seemed really into our zoom call, saying great things about my skills and how I communicate. After that, I heard nothing, even after following up a few times. Turns out I was out of the running, and nobody told me why. Pretty frustrating experience.
