Production
It was pretty straightforward, they asked about my past jobs and some basic health and safety stuff. I got to see the factory floor. Then we talked about the job, the pay, and the hours, and how the machines operate. Pretty standard stuff really.
- Tell me about your previous work history.
- What was your prior work experience?
- What's your experience with health and safety?
Sales Representative
The interview process had two parts. First, I traveled to their head office for an initial meeting where we discussed my experience and their expectations. Then, there was a second interview that included a presentation. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job.
- Can you share some of your recent successes and explain why you're a good fit for our company?
Administrative Assistant
The process was straightforward with common questions. They made me feel at ease. I was called back immediately, so the process was quick. There was a second meeting with the team leader, also relaxed. Afterwards, I was introduced to the colleagues.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
Marketing Assistant
It was a straightforward interview process, pretty relaxed, and they asked in-depth questions about my previous employment and education. I thought it was transparent, and they did a good job managing my expectations about timing throughout both stages.
- Tell me about your previous work experience and the skills you'll bring to this role.
