Went well had 3 total. Very respectful throughout the process. Two over zoom and one in person. They want to see if you are a culture fit, so be sure to be yourself. Everyone was nice even in person. Sat in a room with 3 people and was asked variety of questions that are standard for a help desk role.

The first interview was with Jamie, their Chief Human Resources Officer. She was very direct and transactional. I asked about diversity and she gave a politically correct answer that I didn't believe. There was no feedback after her round, which was strange given her position.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. They focus on technical questions, but it was generally a smooth experience. There were 3 stages in total. I first met with HR, then the head of QA, and finally the product manager. Later, I had a shared screen session where I had to complete a coding challenge. They then discussed the solutions with me and asked follow-up questions.

A 3rd party recruiter managed the interview process. Interviewing with the sales managers was fine. The challenge was that the recruiter told me things about salary, start date, etc that could not be offered when my offer letter was put together. I could have verified his answers better along the way and held firm on the red flags, but overall it seemed like RH was focused on their process more than doing right by the candidates.
