Admin Assistant
I got a call from a lady who gave her standard introduction. She said she would call back at a specific time, but she never did. I even set a reminder, but she didn't get back to me, which was strange. Maybe I was supposed to start the interview right then.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Medical Coder
I had an hour-long assessment. Then, a phone interview with someone who seemed uninterested and there were a lot of awkward silences. The next day, I had a second phone interview, followed by a job offer. But then, the next day, I got a denial email saying they hired someone else. What a mess.
- Can you tell me about your previous job responsibilities?
Project Support Specialist
This review is about the post-interview hiring process. Mostly, things were okay. I kept up with the process requirements and asked for updates, and was told everything was good. I was given a start date. But a week before I was supposed to start, I found out I was missing a form. I never got an email about it and was dropped from the system. I had to call them to find out; they didn't even tell me. They checked their records and confirmed they never sent me the email, and it was their fault. It might have been one or two people. The recruiters tried to help and see if an exception could be made, but it didn't work out. So, I was promised an internship that fell through a week before I was supposed to start, and it wasn't my fault.
- Tell me about a difficult situation you faced and how you handled it.
Recruiting Coordinator
The interview process took place over a few weeks and included a recruiter call, a virtual interview, and an in-person interview. The initial phone screen was brief, while the subsequent interviews lasted between 30 minutes and an hour.
- Can you explain how your past experience aligns with the requirements of this role?
