Software Engineer
So, I had this really strange experience with a company's recruitment process. You'd think a company that's all about attracting talent would have a great candidate experience, right? Well, not really! After just one initial call, I heard nothing back. It was the first time I'd seen my follow-up messages get read and then totally ignored. It's kind of a bummer, but honestly, I'm glad I'm not joining a place where that's considered acceptable. I mostly feel sorry for their clients; if this is how they handle the 'attraction' stage, I can't even imagine what the rest of the partnership is like.

Performance Marketing Manager
It was a pretty standard interview process. We started with a recruiter phone screen. Then I had to do a take-home Excel test. Finally, there was a hiring manager interview where we reviewed the Excel test findings and discussed some situational questions.
- Can you walk me through what you found in the Excel test?
Human Resources
Amazing! The people were great, and everyone was respectful and thoughtful throughout the process. I really appreciated how transparent everyone was and how they made sure it was a mutual fit for me and Recruitics. They took the time to get to know me as a person and to understand how I feel about change and how quickly I can adapt to it, which seems important in their business.
- How adaptable are you to change?
- How do you feel about the pace of change?
- Would you be comfortable if a process you followed yesterday was changed today?
Account Manager
The interview process was really simple. I sent in my application through their site and the HR team got back to me pretty quickly. After that, I went through three rounds of interviews with the team, and then a final one with the CEO. These interviews covered my background and experience, plus some general interview questions. While the team seemed great and the CEO was very open, I was a bit taken aback by some recent Glassdoor reviews. I did get an offer, but I decided to decline it. (It's possible things have changed since I interviewed, especially with a few new 5-star reviews, but it might be worth keeping that in mind.)
- Can you tell us about your experience and what made you apply for this role?
