The people I talked to were all really nice and asked good questions. It felt more like chatting, which was cool because I got to know more about them and what it would be like to work with them.

They try to get you to solve a pressing issue they are having challenges with. This selflessly provides Recor with free consultation advice from all the candidates. Manufacturing manager for this role comes across as highly highly micromanager. Makes you wait 10 to 15 minutes between interviewers without direction with 4 to 5 hours of interviewers. Did not provide any details on company output, tour of facilities. Again seemed like they are mostly using candidates to solve their problems. Immediately after my on-site I declined from going any further. Seemed like a toxic environment especially with management

It was a very fast interview. The company seems to be transitioning from informal startup interviews. The experience was great. Standard questions were asked. First I had an interview with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, and then I had the opportunity to meet the team.

Found the job through a recruiter. Had a first Teams interview screen that seemed alright, but the in-person interview was a total mess. I ended up interviewing with the same person twice and got asked the same questions. It feels like they just need someone new to dump all the work on, and I'm not getting a clear picture of the work-life balance. The interview focused a lot on how the newcomer is expected to be the primary contact for everything and should handle workload without complaining, even if it means extra hours or working on holidays. I was supposed to have a panel interview, but I didn't get to talk to anyone else.
