It was a really informal chat, mostly just talking about where the real estate industry is headed and my background with real estate investors. I took the Zoom call with the CEO from my room while I was on a spontaneous trip to Florida, even though he was in Nashville.

The interview itself was easy, but I don’t know how anyone could live off of a base pay of $40/year. I had also applied for the transaction coordinator role but was unfortunately not selected for an interview for that despite my extensive background. I had a second interview scheduled for CSR but had to decline due to pay. I will say, their training seems to be great if it is actually how it was explained, as you shadow someone before committing to the job which is a great idea.

I had two phone interviews. The first was with HR and the second one was with the head of the regional office. They asked pretty standard questions, and it was a really casual conversation. Both interviews were under 30 minutes.

Two people talked with me. It was not intimidating. I am going back for another interview. I think they will offer me a position. I saw negative reviews online. The reviews had grammar errors which is telling. If this doesn't work out, I will move on. No need to take it personally.
