It was a really chill and helpful interview. I got all the info I needed to see if it was the right place for me. I liked that the interviewer spent time learning about me.

I was contacted by Realty ONE Group Luminous for the Office Administrator role and had a phone interview set up. However, the interviewer didn't show up for our scheduled time. I later got an email saying they were moving on with other candidates. I respect their decision, but I thought it was unprofessional not to communicate and to waste my time. For people interviewing in the future, I'd suggest double-checking details right before the interview. I hope the company takes this feedback to heart and improves how they hire.

The interview process for Realty One Group began with a quick 15-minute phone screen. It was a bit hectic because the recruiter accidentally forgot to send the calendar invite with the conference line details, so I just assumed they would call me, which is typical. They actually blamed me for their error and then rushed through the rest of the call. Despite that, I was invited back for a 30-minute onsite interview. The onsite itself was pretty intense with the team hitting me with a lot of questions about HTML, CSS, JS, and React. Sadly, I never heard back from them after about a month, so I'm guessing I didn't get the job. It would be nice if companies let you know when you're out of the running instead of leaving you hanging.
