First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Realty National.
Real Estate Agent
We had a very open and honest chat about who I am and what I'm hoping to find in a role. They also shared their side of things. Since this place is really like a family, the management team makes sure that any new agent joining us fits in with the company's core values.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What are your career aspirations?
- What are your personal values?
Realtor
They asked a lot of questions about my goals, mindset, and where I want my business to go. They also wanted to get to know me and see if I would be a good fit for the Realty National Family.
- In five years, where do you envision yourself?
- What are your professional aspirations?
- Could you describe your current mindset?
Intern
I had an interview with the Marketing Coordinator. It was a really good experience, the interviewer made me feel comfortable and the whole process was very easy. The interview was about 45 minutes long and it went by fast. Mostly, we talked about my resume and the typical duties of an intern.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Sales Agent
I met with the Broker and Manager to discuss joining the team. Before I could join, I had to pay $1250.00 for coaching. There are virtual meetings twice a month and live meetings twice a month. The company is transparent and requires you to post your weekly sales and customer stats for everyone to see.
- Do you double end?
- Were you coachable?
