My interview experience with RealTruck was really great, everything felt super organized and easy from start to finish. They kept in touch really well, so I always knew what was going on and what to expect next. Everyone I talked to was super friendly, open, and really seemed to want to get to know me beyond just what was on my resume. The chats were casual and nice, which made it all even better. Honestly, it was one of the nicest interview processes I've been through, and it made me feel good about the company's vibe and what they care about. Definitely recommend!

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • They asked about the company's aim to grow the team, specifically mentioning an AR specialist who is currently developing her skills and that my manager wants me to mentor her so she can grow into an accountant and support me, allowing me to take on more responsibility and free up my manager's plate.
  • I loved hearing about my manager’s intention to invest in her team, not just in the work but in us as professionals and people.

I applied for an Order Management Specialist position, which is essentially what I'm doing now. The first interview involved a tour of the warehouse with the WH Manager, who was great and showed me around, introducing me to some staff. I really liked the culture right away. The second interview was with a Customer Service Supervisor, and it felt good – very relaxed and positive. The third interview was with the director of CS. This is where I got a bit hesitant because I felt like she wasn't engaged, didn't like my age, or anything I said. Later that week, I asked HR about the next steps and was told that because I didn't ask enough questions in the third interview, they'd keep looking. It's been almost a month, and the job is still open. They also added a remote version, which I applied for, and a customer service position, but I was rejected with a generic email within 24 hours for both. I feel like I'm on some kind of blacklist. All interviewers mentioned they lack organization and need help with inventory across two systems. I think the whole company is disorganized, given how much they've grown and are still expanding. The worst part is that the VPs need to review their hiring SOPs for roles that require specific experience but don't pay manager or supervisor wages.

Behavioral Technical

I had a really good experience interviewing with RealTruck. I spoke with HR and two other people from the team, and every conversation was interesting and gave me a lot of information. The whole process moved pretty fast, which was nice. But after the third interview, they just stopped communicating. I reached out again after a week, and didn't hear back until three weeks later with a generic email saying the job was closed. Even though the interviews themselves were good, it was disappointing that they didn't communicate afterward, and it seems like there might be a bigger problem with how they handle hiring. Keeping candidates updated and being upfront is important, even if they don't end up getting the job.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and felt well-organized. I went through three interviews in total, and each one was a good experience. The interviewers were really professional and super kind, which made me feel comfortable and valued. They made sure to answer all my questions completely, showing they are all about being open and clear. What really stood out was how much energy and enthusiasm they had during our talks. You could tell they loved what they do, and it showed the company's lively culture. I left each interview more and more impressed by how collaborative and supportive everything seemed. Their effort to keep a positive and motivating vibe made the company seem even better as a place to work. All in all, the interview experience just made me more excited about the chance to join a team where people are not only skilled and smart but also truly dedicated to building a culture of respect and high energy.
