Marketing Manager
I had a phone call with Bart. He asked me about my background in marketing and real estate. He mentioned setting up a second interview and said he'd email an invite for a video call, but he never sent it.

Social Media Specialist
Had an initial phone call with a manager, which went pretty well. Then, there was an in-person interview where I had to do a one-hour task making some sample social media posts. After that, I met with the hiring manager, but they seemed uninterested and took a bunch of calls during our chat. I never heard back from them, not even a rejection or any explanation. I kind of think they might have just been trying to get free advice.

Software Engineer
Had an initial company fit call, it was super informal and friendly. Then did a simple pair programming + TDD exercise. After that was a code challenge, and finally did some in-person pairing with team members. Also had a small show-and-tell presentation of the code challenge and got to meet the CEO and other leadership.
- Pair program development of a feature in language of your choice.
Software Engineer
I had a good initial chat with the recruiter, then got a coding assignment to do at home. After I spent about 2 hours on it, the recruiter went quiet. They had mentioned before I started the task that we'd schedule a call to go over my code solution together. I tried emailing a bunch of times to set it up, but they were evasive. A few days later, they just said it wasn't a good fit, not even talking to me about my solution or anything else. So, the process they laid out sounded alright, but how they actually handled it was really bad. I don't think they even really considered me and think they rejected my solution for a silly reason, and they didn't even have the decency to discuss it with me as they said they would, or at least email me. I can't recommend this company.
