The hiring process was pretty straightforward, starting with a meeting with the clinical director and another supervisor. After passing that initial interview, candidates would then meet with the two owners for a more informal and conversational chat. This second part felt more like getting to know the potential new staff, compared to the more traditional questions asked in the first part.

First, they had me do a case study and fill out some forms, which took me a good bit of time, honestly, over 20 minutes. After that, I had the interview with a LMHC and a director. They actually offered me the job right there before I left, so it was a super fast process.

So first we had a group interview, and then a drug test right after. Then they asked us to come back later in the week to run a group with actual clients while they watched. It was a bit odd, but the clients were cool with it.
