First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Reality Interactive.
Project Manager
I went through 2 rounds of interviews with 7 different people over 2 days. I even met with the CEO. They were all really curious and into tech, and they seemed super interested in my experience and how I approach problem-solving.
- What type of phone do you currently use?
Project Coordinator
I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first was a phone screening. Then, I had a second round with the hiring manager and their manager. The final round involved an interview with the operations team to address any last-minute questions from potential teammates.
- Can you share an experience where you encountered ambiguity in a previous role and describe how you handled it?
Sales Manager
The interview process was pretty chill, not too rigid. There were several interviews, and I thought they all went well, but it took weeks to hear back, which was annoying.
- Can you tell me about your experience in client-facing positions?
