It started with a cv screening, then I had an interview with the manager where they asked simple, basic accounting concepts like the golden rules. The manager was very professional and kind. The next round was with HR for basic personal questions.

The interview process was really easygoing. Most of the interviews felt like casual chats rather than strict evaluations. It wasn't until the final interview that the conversational style shifted to a more question-based format. Overall, I was pleased with how it all went.

I had two phone screens, then an in-person technical interview with the Lead Systems Engineer and a Systems Administrator. After that, I met with the Director and the Manager. The Director was late, rushed through my resume, and asked a few questions about my work history before leaving quickly. Then the Manager discussed the role and its challenges, and we chatted about my background and hobbies for about an hour and 15 minutes. Two days later, I found out I didn't get an offer because I wasn't a cultural fit, which seemed odd given the second interview.
