& Process

The process was smooth and involved questions about your work history. There was an intense background check. Two process interviews focused on understanding your personality and assessing your capabilities and how much you could handle to meet the role's goals.

I was first interviewed with a staffing agency, which then sent me to RTR. While there, I met with the head manager (or supervisor, not quite sure which but do know he was higher up than the other group I interviewed with) of a different department. Next came the supervisor and one of the managers to the department I would be working. Finally, since I spoke Spanish, the final interview was in Spanish with the Spanish department's manager. Immediately afterward, the HR employee came and set me up to do two assessments. One over simple math, conversions and spelling, which was aimed at testing your reaction time and critical thinking skills. Next was a questionnaire, I only remember it asking several times if you have or haven't done drugs in the past, basically how the company is drug-free. Then finally, I was sent for the drug test.

I applied online and then had two applicant surveys. After that, I was asked to complete a test that had a 50 question General Knowledge and Skills Assessment, plus another survey before the actual interview. The interview itself was with two people from the accounting team at the same time. It wasn't too hard, actually kind of enjoyable. Once that was done, I had to do a background check (a drug test) and they checked my references.

Started with a background check. Then, I completed a SQL query test within 20 minutes. It was pretty straightforward, with just three questions involving simple SELECT queries using inner join and group by, no subqueries. The final step was a 15-minute interview with the Director of the Report Desk.
