The interview was pretty straightforward. We talked about my resume and how my past experience could fit this role. They also asked about the numerous software programs the company utilizes.

I was surprised that I did not at least get a second interview. I have over twenty years of experience in graphic design and computer animation. I am one year away from completing my degree in software engineering. I was scheduled for a twenty minute phone interview that only lasted eight minutes. After, being asked three questions they decided that I was not qualified for the position.

There were two interviews. The first one was with the director of operations. If that went well, the second interview was with the head of accounting and director of maintenance. The first interview was more about my personality. The second interview was more about my skills and abilities.
