First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Real Property Management.
Property Manager
The interview was pretty straightforward. We talked about my resume and how my past experience could fit this role. They also asked about the numerous software programs the company utilizes.
- Are you able to work effectively independently?
Designer
I was surprised that I did not at least get a second interview. I have over twenty years of experience in graphic design and computer animation. I am one year away from completing my degree in software engineering. I was scheduled for a twenty minute phone interview that only lasted eight minutes. After, being asked three questions they decided that I was not qualified for the position.
- Can you tell me about your biggest weakness?
Billing Specialist
There were two interviews. The first one was with the director of operations. If that went well, the second interview was with the head of accounting and director of maintenance. The first interview was more about my personality. The second interview was more about my skills and abilities.
- Do you like more heads-down work or more heads-up work?
Financial Analyst
We had a phone interview with HR first, then there were 2-3 more interviews with the hiring director. One was a zoom call, and the rest were in person. It feels a bit excessive.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
- Can you share an instance where you faced a challenge at work and how you managed to overcome it?
- What is it that you are looking for that you aren't getting in your current role?
