The process started with a letter from Simm. It was in person and included psychometric tests and filling out personal information forms. Some psychometric tests are the same as those used by Detran. Afterwards, I was told I would be contacted via WhatsApp to let me know if I passed to the manager interview stage. Almost a month passed with no feedback, neither positive nor negative; complete silence.

I applied through LinkedIn. A few days later, I got a very formal message on WhatsApp about the date for an in-person interview with the manager. When we arrived at the Recruitment and Selection floor, they directed us to another building. I was the second person to be called in, and it was a wonderful interview. I was complimented and told I'd know the result the next day. I sent messages days later asking about the vacancy or if they had any feedback, but I haven't heard anything back to this day. The HR's lack of preparation is noticeable; they didn't even inform me about the salary or benefits.

The whole process went smoothly and was well put together. It started with a group interview with HR where they talked more about the company and the program. After that, I had two one-on-one interviews with the manager. He was really nice and made things feel relaxed. He asked me questions about myself, how I found out about the job, and what I thought of the company. Overall, it was a good experience and it felt like they genuinely wanted to get to know the candidates well.
