Leasing Agent
So, there were two interviews basically, the first was with the property manager at the apartment complex itself, and the second one was at the main office. Both were pretty quick, just went over the job description and then I got to ask any questions I had. It wasn't really hard.
- Have you had any prior sales experience?
Leasing Agent
The interview process with Real Equity Management was very pleasant. I first had a call with Danielle. She was very friendly, made me feel very comfortable, was very thorough and answered all of my questions! The next interview was in-person at the property where I got to meet the team and learned more about the position. While it was disappointing that I was not offered the job, I enjoyed meeting everyone at the company.
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
- What has been the most challenging item you've had to sell?
- What would you do if a potential customer indicated they were not interested?
Graphic Designer
It started with a phone chat with Danielle, then I came in for an in-person interview. Finally, I had to design an ad. This whole thing was super frustrating though, they kept stringing me along without any clear answers. Honestly, don't bother with this company.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Do you have any video editing experience?
Full Stack Developer Intern
I had a phone interview, then an in-person interview, and also a skill test. After passing all of them, I received an offer about two weeks later. It was a good interview experience with friendly and kind communication.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Can you provide detailed technical answers for the job requirements?
