So, the interview questions are gonna be kinda all over the place. Some will be about you, like "Tell me about yourself." Others will be about why you wanna work here and for this specific job. Then there's the behavioral stuff, like when they ask you to "Describe a time you handled a difficult situation." And they'll also ask about your future goals, such as "Where do you see yourself in five years?" To get ready, you should totally research the company, think about your own past experiences, and come up with answers that show off your awesome skills and how you're a perfect fit for the role.

The interview process at my old workplace had several steps: Application & Phone Screen, Video Interview, In-Person Interview, and then the Offer Stage. Basically, you apply online and then have a quick call (5–15 mins) where they ask about your background, availability, and experience. Next, there's a 30-minute video call with a supervisor to discuss the job and your past work, which is usually pretty chill and friendly. For some jobs, you'll also have a 30-minute face-to-face interview where you might need to read or act out a customer service script. If they like you, you might get the job offer right away or within a few days.

The interview process usually kicks off with reviewing your application, then there are some initial calls or tests. If you pass those, you move on to harder interviews, which could be behavioral, technical, or case studies, depending on the job. Sometimes they give you tasks or projects to see how you actually do things. The last parts usually involve talking to higher-ups or the team, then they check your references, and hopefully, they give you an offer. Each company does it a bit differently to make sure they find the right people.
