The interview process was quick and relaxed. I was surprised to get an offer because I didn't think I performed well during the interview. They asked me about dealing with a challenging coworker and my definition of excellent customer service.
- Could you tell me about a time you had to work with a difficult colleague?
- What does good customer service mean to you?
- Are you familiar with PC express?

The hiring process was simple and felt professional. I first had to fill out a pre-screen questionnaire, and then I had an interview scheduled. They communicated well, and the people were nice, which made it easy to get ready and feel comfortable.
- Can you tell me about your availability and your skills, and if you are flexible?

First, you send in your application and resume online. If they like it, you might get a phone call to talk about your experience and when you can work. If that goes well, they'll ask you to come in for an in-person interview. This is usually with the store manager or someone from HR. They'll ask about your experience, how good you are with customers, and what you'd do in different situations, like dealing with a difficult customer or handling money.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to handle multiple tasks at once and explain your approach?
