First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Reagens USA.
Production Manager
First, we did a plant walk, you need to have your PPE on to take the tour. Then we sat in a conference room with 6 people from the company. Typical interview questions, but they didn't have a common theme on what they value in a new person, it was unorganized and they didn't promote the current culture. They couldn't provide any good selling points for working there.
- Tell me about some creative things you've done.
- How do you handle underperforming employees?
TPM Engineer
3 stages: 1) a chat with the CTO and the head of engineering, a typical 'tell me about yourself' with some light chemical engineering questions. 2) an in-person interview in Bologna with two parts: first, a group behavioral case study, then a technical part with multiple choice questions, understanding centrifugal pump graphs, and drawing a reactor schematic with controls. 3) a final motivational interview.
- What is the Reynolds number?
- Can you explain P&ID?
- Can you explain PFD?
Engineer
Waste of time. No structure and this speaks volume about the culture of the company. This is what you will observe right from the time you sign in to the premise. the company is a one man business.
- Take a tour of the site and interact with the operators.
