I wasn't actively job searching when this opportunity came up, but it ended up going well. The people I spoke with were friendly, respected my time, and were very professional. After the interview, I had a much better impression of the company.

I had three interviews with three different people. First, I completed an online test. Then, at the company, I took a couple of tests, including one for personality and another that seemed to be basic math. They asked me about how I would handle different client scenarios and wanted to understand my sales philosophy.

Usually two managers were in the interview. Different questions than I've encountered in other interviews. I really had to think.
