The interview process was super efficient and the environment was professional and good. There was lively music and management communicated well. The interview itself was comfortable, and I had a great conversation with the interviewer.

I had 3 interviews for the Account Executive role. First, I came to the office and filled out a form, then waited about 20-30 minutes. The first interview was a quick 5-minute meet-and-greet, very basic, could have been virtual. They asked 2-3 simple questions. I got a call that night for a second interview. The second and third interviews were on the same day. The second was a group interview at a cafe with me and another candidate, led by a different manager. They went deeper into our resumes and asked about education, management experience, and job values. Then, they gave a mini-lesson on marketing, and we had to take notes. Afterward, back at the office, we filled out another form based on that lesson. The third interview was with the initial manager, mainly to answer any questions I had. They said they'd let me know their decision that night. The place is loud and fast-paced. My main issue was the schedule not being followed and a crowded waiting room, which didn't feel very safe regarding COVID. They said they'd let me know that night.

The first interview was super short, only 10 minutes, and it was just general questions. Then there was a second interview that lasted about 30 minutes where they talked about the company and how compensation works. It was mostly about seeing if you're a good fit.
