I had to do a Kenexa test first to check my MS Excel and MS Access skills. After I did well, HR called me. The HR call was brief, covering my interests, education, and skills. She then set up a technical phone interview for the following week with a group of people, which went well. They mostly asked about my past technical experience and education. Two weeks later, I was invited for an in-person interview. I waited 40 minutes in the lobby before HR explained the company's benefits like leave, sick time, and insurance. Then, three people interviewed me in a conference room. It was a bad experience because two of them were on their phones, and the interview only lasted 30 minutes. They didn't have good interview manners or skill sets.

The interview process felt too long, but the recruiter was amazing. I'd never had a recruiter know financials, salary, and benefits so well. Nicole DeSantis was excellent. The interview with the Nurse Manager was great, but the staff interview wasn't good. It reminded me of the 'insiders/popular group' from high school. I wouldn't want to work on this specific floor, but I would be open to the organization as a whole.

It took a while to get a call after applying online, about 3-4 weeks. After the HR rep interview, I was sent to the main hospital the next day for interviews with people in my department. I was told I got the job but they would have to give me a call 'officially' later that week. I got the offer and after accepting the position it still took a few weeks for them to schedule a 2-day new hire orientation. Similar length of time with other employees as well.

It was a really good experience. The recruiter was very professional and nice. I met a bunch of the staff, and they were all super friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. They even gave me a full tour of the place, which was really modern and clean. We also had lunch with one of the staff members, which was a great chance to ask more specific questions about the job and the facility. The background checks and pre-employment health testing were pretty thorough.
