The interview process was very informative, as I met with 3 Managers. Each shared their experiences and what I could expect should I join the team. After learning more about the culture and position, I was invited to come in for a Trial Day, which was definitely helpful in gaining first-hand experience and in making the decision to join the organization. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in a position with RSI to participate in a Trial Day to meet their potential coworkers and to get an idea of what a typical day would be like.

I applied for a summer internship, and they were quick to respond and worked to schedule an interview that fit with my academic and athletic schedule. I was interviewed by three different people, each with more responsibility at the company than the last, though it remained relaxed throughout and was easy for me to speak and let my strengths come across.

I had an interview with a sales staff member and a Director. They were nice but they did ask some follow-up questions, like they were really trying to test me. Overall, I liked the experience and felt like my skills were assessed properly.
