Data Analyst
So, first there was an HR round, which was a bit more intense than usual, with some really specific questions. Then came a case study that I had to finish within a week, and it was quite time-consuming to put together. After putting in so much effort, you'd hope for some feedback, but they just sent a rejection email with no explanation and then ghosted me. Super unprofessional, honestly.

Product Manager
The interview process kicked off pretty standard, but got weird later on. The company seemed to have trouble explaining what they needed for the PM role, especially since the job was posted in a bunch of different cities. First, there was a 30-min HR chat about the company and the interview steps. Then, a 30-min Zoom with the COO where we talked about the company and my resume. They said the next step was a case study, which I got soon after. When I started working on it, I realized it wasn't really a PM-focused case study. Turns out, they expected us to use a specific method to solve it, and the questions were unclear, asking me to make predictions. After I sent it in, I got invited to a 1-hour Zoom with the COO and CEO to go over the case study, answer some basic questions, and learn more about the company. This was followed by a half-day onsite with the CEO, COO, and the team. That's when they told me they needed help with a specific part of their monetization, which we discussed. We dug into the case study more and had a Q&A. A few days later, I got a standard rejection email from their system, after spending over six weeks and 40+ hours on it all. I wouldn't suggest applying until they figure out a clearer interview process.

This interview process happened early this year and lasted about a month. It started with an HR phone screen, followed by a video call with a manager. Then, I had a take-home case study, which I presented afterward. They seemed to really like the case study and wanted to proceed to another round with a specific app studio manager. However, the next day, I received a generic email from HR stating the position was filled. It felt very unprofessional, and I've seen similar experiences from other applicants where they ask you to develop an entire app or complete a case study, only to reject you with the same reason. Honestly, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!

Product Manager
So the process I went through started with a pre-interview call, then there was an interview, followed by a skill test, and then a team interview. I didn't quite make it to the end because my background is a mix of marketing and product, and I suspect they found candidates with more specialized experience. But honestly, they were really professional, kept to the schedule, and the salary range and expectations seemed totally reasonable.
