This was a quick interview process. I first had a phone screen with HR, and then within about a week, they set up a follow-up interview via Teams. It was an early call, at 8 AM, but I felt comfortable and it was easy. We had a good conversation, and it was obvious they had actually reviewed my resume and application beforehand, which is great. By the end of the interview, we were laughing, so it really seemed like a good cultural fit. They made a decision within another week and kept me updated on every step.

The interview process was efficient and communication was open. The first stage was with HR, which was standard. The second stage involved a discussion with a partner and the director of the segment, focusing more on my background. All interviewers were open to questions. The entire experience was positive and conducted remotely.

Phone Screening - Interview was short and quick. However seems like the interviewer wants to get over with it soon and she was cutting me and I felt uncomfortable. Also no response to date - not even a rejection email. - not a very good experience

I got a call and set up an in person interview. The in person interview had two people in charge and a team member. They asked about my experience, what I expected, and my goals. They also gave me a lot of info about expectations and the company culture. I got an offer over the phone about a week later.
