This was the most unprofessional interview that I will probably ever experience in my life. I arrive early and they place me in this room. Two guys walked in discussing a recent issue that occurred, (you could hear them coming down the hall loud and cursing. They walk in and finally decide to acknowledge me after they finished their conversation. As the interview begins, one guy starts talking about the position and what to expect. It starts to sound more like a call center job and not anything like what the listing explains. He gets embarrassed because he couldn't find the word he was looking for and just blatantly curses. I have never felt so awkward and disrespected. Just a little advice to anyone else who is considering, do your research thoroughly.

I applied for an entry-level DBA job at RDX online a few months ago after seeing it on a job board. The recruiter was helpful, but communication was a bit slow sometimes with some dropped emails. We eventually set up an on-site interview at their office. When I got there early, both interviewers were late. One interviewer was dressed very casually, which made me doubt his professionalism. They seemed like it was an inconvenience that I was there and had printed lists of questions. The questions focused more on customer service than technical skills, and I wasn't asked about SQL at all. They said they'd ask questions until I didn't know the answer, but we only got to a few simple technical ones before they stopped. About half an hour later, they finished, including a question about superhero powers, and quickly ended the interview, saying they'd contact me in a week or two. As I was leaving, I saw them smoking outside, realizing they probably just wanted me out of the way for their smoke break. I didn't hear back for a while, and by then I'd decided I didn't want the job anyway, given how I was treated.
