It was a pretty straightforward job interview. I wasn't expecting so many questions about client interaction and general consulting instead of pure tech. There were two interview rounds, and I got an offer pretty quickly, within a week, but I turned it down.

I was first contacted by RDA at a college career fair and we set up a phone interview. After that, I had a short coding exercise and an online quiz. The final part of the interview involved coming to Maryland for a multi-part in-person interview. I met with the head of development who asked technical questions, including coding exercises for search algorithms and a Tetris game, and a follow-up to my coding exercise. I finished the day by meeting with one of the owners. It was a pretty smooth process overall, I'd suggest it to others who are qualified.

There are multiple phases. First is a phone screen with the hiring manager about your personal experience/interests. Then an email with a link to a quick programming quiz. After that, in-person meetings with higher-ups, including a difficult/in-depth technical interview. Then an in-house coding exercise. Finally, a meeting with an executive to discuss the role.
