The interview was very light and relaxed, the manager was very friendly and conducted it calmly, avoiding nervousness and asking direct questions. We had a conversation for about 30 minutes where I had space to talk about myself generally, both my experiences and my preferences within the store, and there was a sensitivity towards me as a person.

It was a bad experience. We first went through the agency and were told about the number of openings and how the process would be different. After the agency, we went to the main office and had the same interview and group activity as the agency. Then I was called two more times and interviewed by the director, who was completely sexist and thinks women with children don't need to work.
