The process was exhausting, disorganized, and not at all human. They scheduled over 20 people for the same time slot for interviews. When I arrived, there were still people waiting since 8 AM, and my interview was scheduled for 1 PM. The interviewers were already tired and impatient. A pharmacist who is the manager of the Colubandê store gave the job presentation. This person was completely clueless, making jokes that made some people uncomfortable. In the individual interview with three people, including this gentleman, they didn't know what to ask. Two of them asked the same question, looking like they didn't want to be there, creating an awkward and embarrassing situation for the interviewee. It was one of the worst interviews I've ever had. These professionals are the gateway to the company, and they only show how horrible it must be to work there. They should rethink this entire hiring process and also the people evaluating candidates.

Primeiramente o contato foi da rede após ver o meu perfil em app de vagas, fui chamada para uma entrevista já no dia seguinte. A primeira entrevista foi em grupo, foi muito boa, havia junto comigo mais 3 pessoas. Cerca de uma dia após a primeira etapa do processo entraram em contato pois havia sido aprovada. A segunda entrevista foi por video chamada com outro setor, cerca de 10 dias após a primeira, me informando no momento que fui aprovada e seria dado a continuidade. Atualmente estou aguardando o terceiro contato para a efetivação.

The interview went great. Everyone was attentive and friendly (Managers and HR Analyst). They mentioned that whoever passed would need to be available for immediate start (which I was)... I got an email saying I just needed to do the admission exam and submit documents and wait for further instructions - I've been waiting for a month and 3 weeks. I hope they remember me because I really want to work at this company, I've always heard good things and know people who work at RD. P.S. I'm in touch with a girl who interviewed the same day and time as me and she's already working there. I'll be back if anything changes. Still hoping lol
