Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RD Saúde.
Pharmacist
The interview was a group session, which was conducted very well and in a relaxed manner. The company was introduced, and then everyone spoke about themselves. A question was asked to each person. Questions were about previous jobs, the daily life of a pharmacy, and customer service.
- Could you tell us why you left your previous position?
- What are your ideal working hours?
- What are your expectations regarding customer service?
Pharmacist
The process is long, I applied online and took several psychological tests, then I moved on to the interview stage with many candidates. The recruiter gives a long presentation of the company, then each candidate goes up front to introduce themselves. She asked to be honest about which role best fits me: substitute pharmacist, store relief or temporary pharmacist. At the end of about 3 hours, the recruiter announces who passed, and I was one of the lucky ones. Then she informs me about the available positions and told me there was only a temporary pharmacist position. I informed her that this role doesn't fit my profile, which I made clear during my presentation. So she clearly didn't like it and said my resume would be kept in the database. I felt 'fooled', obviously they will never call!!!
- What do you think it means to delight a customer?

The interview was in São Paulo and in-person. I had to take the train and subway to get there. It was a very long and group interview. They started with a company presentation and then each candidate presented themselves individually. It was a total mess, NOT worth going, I was there for 4 hours. I passed the selection process, and the recruiter told me to wait for her call to offer the job position with details about hours and location. This was for those who passed, and guess what... I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL. I tried to contact them and nobody answers, even though I passed the selection process and was so excited, they didn't call me. If I passed the selection process, why do they seem to have discarded me? If nobody met the job requirements, it would have been better to reject everyone. They build up your expectations and then nothing. It would have been better to get a rejection and not be left in this situation.
- What is delightful customer service?
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
- Why did you choose RD?
