The interview is dynamic with an individual presentation at the end. The first part involves a group activity where you'll be presented with common pharmacy situations and need to propose strategies and solutions. Afterward, the receptionist will explain everything about the company, salary, benefits, etc., using slides. Finally, you'll give a personal presentation, and the recruiter might ask some questions. I liked the interview dynamic because it's not too pressured and anxious, especially if you're an extroverted person who can work and deal with others in a team. A negative point was that the recruiter guaranteed they always give feedback, whether positive or negative, but they were very evasive when I followed up.
