Applied on LinkedIn and got an email for a phone screen. Talked with the recruiter, and she explained the job and if it fit what I was looking for. She also checked for nearby cases to see if any were available before I decided to move forward with an in-person interview. I had the in-person interview a week later. It was nice, they showed me around the center and what was available for the consulting side of RCS. Then we went into a room, and she asked me about my past experiences. She was really good at answering my questions and was honest when she didn't know something. They offer weekly training for therapists if you're interested, but it's not required. Your drive time and training are paid, which is a plus! Got contacted a week after the interview with a job offer. Had to turn it down because the pay wasn't great and not competitive.

The interviewer was really informative. She explained everything about the role, connecting it to my past experience. She answered all my questions and went over the company benefits. She also described the typical schedule and the age range of students I'd be working with. We discussed how employee trainings work and the learning and growth opportunities available through their education program. It felt like a very professional and positive company culture, and the interviewer was friendly.

The process kicked off with a quick phone chat to go over the company and the job. Then we set up an in-person interview at the office. After that, I met with a panel of three other candidates to discuss openings, and we then toured the facility. Lastly, they followed up by email and phone for any final questions. They hold new hire orientations every two weeks.

Had a phone call interview that was friendly. They asked me questions about my experience, interests, and what I hope for in the future. They also asked how I would handle different situations that could come up at the learning center. After the call, they asked me to meet in person.
