I applied online and got a call for an interview. The first interview was virtual with two important people who were really open about the role and company. It started with common interview questions and then got more technical. The second interview was in person, and we talked more about the role and what the next steps would be. Overall, the talks were good and they made it clear what they were looking for. I liked the interview process, but I decided to accept another job that was a better fit for my previous experience.

I went through three interviews and everything seemed good, I even got the offer and accepted. We chatted about my work background and just general interview stuff. But then, out of the blue, they rescinded the offer a few days after I accepted it, citing some old employment history from over 3 years ago! This is crazy because they had my resume and all my work history before they even made the offer, and I'd already quit my job of 3+ years. Super unprofessional and backwards. So first, there was a document screening where they looked at my resume and a copy of my residence card. Then, I had an online interview. After that, they asked me to make a five-minute demo lesson video on a topic they chose. I got the results and they asked for more documents like transcripts, certificates, and passport copies.

Sent three separate documents detailing my current status. The first sentence of each document contained the critical information. HR cancelled the interview before it began after reviewing my file. They could have reimbursed my train fare. Since no interview was held, I can't say if it was good or bad. However, the lack of preparation is concerning.
