Call Center Representative
So after you apply you get sent a request to do an online camera interview. This process can take up to an hour and it is mainly focused on whether you had any previous sales experience, and if so, describe it. It's pretty straightforward and you can retake your web interviews as many times as you want until you're happy with them. About 3 days later, I got a call to set up an in-person interview. On the day of the interview, you'll be in a group of 4 people walking around to tour the facility. You'll learn more about the benefits and the company culture. They also play a mock interview call and you answer 5 questions after listening to it. Remember to take notes. After the tour, everyone gets separated and you have a one-on-one interview with two different people. The whole thing takes about 1-1.5 hours, including the tour and interviews. Oh, and I dressed professionally and prepared.
- Could you roleplay a scenario where a customer wants a trip to a warm location but is unsure of the destination? Your task is to ask questions about their interests and desired activities to help them decide.
- Can you share an instance where you persuaded a customer to purchase a product that was entirely different from what they initially intended to buy?
- Describe how you have presented new concepts or ideas to upper management.
Inbound Guide
I sent in my application and got a text later that evening about an interview. I went in the next day for a tour of the facilities with a group, after which we were asked if we had any questions, and then each person went with a different supervisor for a one-on-one interview. After it was done, I was told I'd hear back within two weeks. I was called and offered a position about a week later.
- Can you share an instance where you resolved a challenging customer issue?
- How do you manage situations with upset customers?
- What are some of your hobbies?
Outbound Sales Representative
It was easy. They just wanted to check if I'm enthusiastic about holidays and if I have good communication skills and phone experience. The role play wasn't too hard since I already had experience in Timeshare.
- Are you enthusiastic about holidays?
- Do you have good communication skills?
- Do you have any experience on the phone?
Sales Consultant
I had a pre-screen call with the RCI manager, lasting about twenty minutes. They asked me about my background and why I wanted to work there. After that, I was invited for an on-site interview. The manager was really friendly and asked a lot about my past experience and some motivational questions.
- Can you share an instance where you managed a challenging customer?
