Interview was scheduled for 8:30 AM. I arrived late but still got accepted. We did some exams (abstract, language, math) and then had the actual interview. The interview itself was very short, only about five to ten minutes.

Got a text to interview the next day. Seems like interviews and exams are usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays. About 20 people show up, but they're for different jobs/locations. The exam has 3 timed parts (60 mins each): Logic (sequences), English (grammar, punctuation, sentence structure), and Math (arithmetic, sequences, fractions, percentages). After the exam, there's an HR interview where they review your resume and questionnaire answers. Just be calm, speak clearly. A few days later, you might get a call for an interview with VPs at the office. Expect to talk to 3 people, maybe meet the division head. They mostly talk about the role. For marketing assistant, you'll work with credit and loans, checking client eligibility and reviewing financial statements. You'll also do some 'creative writing' to make clients look good on paper, not typical marketing stuff. The real interview is with your direct supervisor, with basic questions. Remember, it's a two-way street, so have good questions ready. The supervisor checks your exam results with HR, especially the math score, as it's crucial. You should get a job offer (JO) in a week or two; anything longer means you likely didn't get it.

So first, there's a briefing before the initial interview and exam. The OIC talks about the program, salary, benefits, and the screening process. Then, you answer some essay questions while waiting to be called for the initial interview. The initial interview focuses on your specific career goals and your greatest accomplishment. If you pass that, you go on to a psychological exam, which includes mental ability and personality tests and takes about 5 hours. Finally, there's an HR Panel interview and a Group head panel interview.

I got referred by a current employee at RCBC. A few days later, the Finance head emailed me and we scheduled a meeting. When I got there, I was led to an empty room for the interview. We started with basic background questions, then moved on to some technical topics since I didn't have previous experience. The interview finished, and they told me to wait for the next steps.
