The process was laid out pretty clearly. First, I had a chat with the recruiter about my background, specifically about .NET stuff and when I could start. Then, there was a video call for a technical interview where we talked about C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC. I had to work through some coding problems that felt like real situations, talk about how I'd design systems, and explain my methods for debugging and making code run faster.

First there was an HR call, then a Hiring Manager interview. The HR part was mostly basic questions about you and your background. For the Manager, it was mainly some background and situational questions like how you handle an irate client, what good customer service is, and how you deal with conflicts with colleagues.
