The interview process was pretty straightforward. The interviewers were nice and made me feel comfortable. The questions were pretty easy. I had an initial phone call with HR, and then my final interview was with the hiring manager and supervisor.

The interview process went well, and I felt confident in my answers and communication. I was given two separate projects to complete, which took a week, and I submitted them on time. After waiting three days for feedback, I made the requested edits. I continued to follow up, but they didn't respond for another week. After completing all the project work, I felt they didn't even have the courtesy to respond promptly and let me know I didn't get the job. It was a frustrating way to find out, especially after investing extra time in their design project.

So after you apply and they pick you, you gotta take a teller simulation test. If you pass that, then you do a drug test. Once those are good, you'll have an interview with the branch head teller and someone from HR. It's a pretty straightforward interview. If they offer you the job, they'll ask when you can start. If you've worked as a teller before, you get two weeks of training at their main office and start as a full employee. If you're new to being a teller, you still get the two weeks training at the main office, but you'll be temp for 90 days through an agency. After those 90 days, you take a test, and if you pass, you get a raise and become a full employee.

I spoke with three really nice ladies, and the vibe was good. My questions and their answers were direct and about the job. It was professional but also relaxed, so I wasn't too stressed. I've had this interview and now I'm waiting on my background and credit checks. Fingers crossed! Even with my cash handling and customer service experience, if they pick me, I'll still have to sign up with a Temp Agency for 90 days before being hired as a regular employee.
