The interview process was super easy. You could book a 15-minute Zoom interview anytime between 8 AM and 3 PM, but I'm not totally sure about the specific days they had open when the email came.

I interviewed over Zoom and they asked me why I wanted to join RCA and why I wanted to become an EMT. The interviewer was pretty nice to be honest, and an offer was made on the spot from the job portal.

The interview process included basic questions about your interest in the field, your past experience, your availability, and training. Afterwards, you could ask any questions you had about the job. The interviewer was laid back and the interview was conducted via Zoom. Paid training was set up a week or two after the interview.

This was a really unprofessional experience. I had to wait over an hour, which was really unprofessional and showed incompetence. It wasn't a good or happy experience at all. I also got the impression they might discriminate against minorities, but at least they showed their true colors upfront.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They didn't seem interested and didn't ask any questions.
