Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RBL Bank.
Software Engineer
The hiring process was really smooth and moved fast. There were a couple of rounds where they wanted to talk about my previous experience and some general tech stuff. It all happened pretty quickly, no extra steps or super in-depth questions.
- Can you tell me about your past work experiences?
- What is your take on general technical topics?
Software Engineer
It was a seamless process, with technical questions across 2 rounds and then an HR round. Good company to get exposure and work and explore to make your skillsets stronger.
- Are you familiar with coding?
- What programming language do you know best?
Software Engineer Trainee
There was a written exam, which also acted as a tech interview, followed by a dedicated TECH interview. The questions covered DBMS and OOPS. The selection rate was low. I felt I did well in both, but didn't get the offer.
- Questions about SQL including joins and union
- Write some SQL queries
- Difference between char and varchar
