I got an interview after a school career fair and went into the office. It looked like they were interviewing a lot of people for the same job. The two Directors who interviewed me were unprofessional, interrupting me and not letting me finish my answers. Their attitude was cocky and uninterested. After about 30 minutes, they gave me an offer on the spot and asked me to shake on it. They took me to the lobby where HR gave me a one-page offer letter and expected me to sign it right away. The pay was in the high 60s with a small bonus, which wasn't great considering the work they described. They also mentioned they expected company loyalty after the training. If you get an offer here, you could probably get a better offer somewhere else with better benefits and pay.

You'll meet with three interviewers. They'll ask standard questions about who you are and what you've done, trying to see how you fit personally. The questions won't be too technical; they don't expect you to be an expert, but rather want to see how you'd grow and how you solve problems.

I showed up, signed in, and nobody was at the front desk. People were just staring at me, not saying anything or asking why I was there. After 10 minutes, I got someone's attention and they walked me to the conference room for the interview. The interview itself was pretty easy, but one of the three interviewers seemed to dislike all my answers and had a condescending attitude. They also had me prepare a 15-minute presentation on a given topic and were confused about how I organized it, even though the email stated what was expected. I followed up twice and never heard back. I know they don't have to, but I'd expect at least a rejection instead of being ghosted. They made me waste a week preparing a presentation and can't even respond to an email. Thanks RBC Bearings!
