It was a great experience! Everyone was positive, energetic and passionate. The recruiter was super responsive and kept me updated on next steps and what the interviewers thought. The process is thorough but laid back and conversational.

The interview process is incredibly extensive (5 interviews of 30-60 minutes) and makes you want the job more for going through it. But it's also more of a let down when you aren't selected. I was selected, so I didn't run into that issue, but I referred a few of my friends, and they were pretty disappointed at only making it so far in the process. At one point, you have to take the Kolbe test to see if you're the right fit for what they are hiring for and that's incredibly nerve-wracking.

Behavioral Other

I started with a coffee chat with the CEO. Then, I completed an online assessment that was quite interesting and designed to gauge my fit for the role. The final step was a "cultural fit" interview to make sure the position was a good match for both me and the company.

First, I had an HR screen, which was pretty chill. Then, a technical interview with some solid questions and a focused, friendly interviewer. The last part was meeting with the CEO, who, from what I could tell, is super narcissistic.
