I got a call about the interview within a week of applying. The first Technical round was scheduled for the same weekend. This round involved an introduction, questions about my current employer/projects, and coding/explanation of functions for problems like string encoding, sequence, Tower of Hanoi, and Palindrome, along with my approach. There were also questions about REST APIs, JSON request/response decoding, and the basics of GET/POST/UPDATE/DELETE. This round lasted about an hour. The second round was a Managerial round with the Solutions Engineering Team Manager. It included an introduction, discussion of my work experience, motivations for applying to RazorPay, and reasons for interest in this specific position, focusing on the role and responsibilities. It was a friendly 30-minute conversation. The third round was with the Business Head, who was in a hurry. They asked for an introduction and my expectations for the role before ending the 10-minute interview. The final round was a standard HR Round with the HR Head. I received the offer exactly a week after confirming I cleared all rounds and submitted the necessary documents. The Talent Management Team was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was virtual and went very smoothly.
