It was pretty much easy, all about chargebacks and analytical skills. Just be confident. The interview process had 2 rounds for Chargeback Analyst, both revolving around chargeback knowledge and risk management.

There were a total of 4 rounds. The first 3 were technical rounds with team leads and Senior managers. Was really happy with the way the interview rounds were carried with team leader and the 2 senior managers. However, the fourth round was with the recruiting manager. She looked uninterested from the beginning of the call. I answered all the behavioural questions she asked me with utmost positive responses and was expecting a positive feedback. But after receiving no communication from the recruitment team, I had to call them thrice asking them to send my results. The rejection mail stated, my experience didn't meet the specificity of the profile which they're hiring for (after me clearing 3 rounds of technical interview). Completely disheartened by the experience, to not get an offer after passing all rounds, going till the end and giving my best.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process took one day and had 2 rounds. The first round was with a team member/senior analyst and was a pretty simple round about past work experience and expectations. The second round was with a senior manager who was 15 minutes late for an online interview and had unstable internet, so the call disconnected 4 times. She didn't seem interested in conducting the interview and didn't ask many questions, only a few about the process without giving much information, and wasn't really listening to the answers.

  • Can you tell me about your past work experience?
  • What are some current business problems you're working on?
