Overall experience was good. Mostly they have 2 rounds. They ask general questions about the industry and your work experiences. They also ask situational questions for different scenarios. Nothing technical they ask. It would be great if you research about the industry and Razorpay beforehand.

Technical Case Behavioral
The interview process had 5 rounds. The first 4 rounds were with the hiring team, involving technical and managerial interviews. The final round was with HR. They were quick to set up interviews if you were shortlisted, sometimes calling in the evening to schedule for the very next day. However, if you weren't selected, they wouldn't inform you of the rejection or respond to emails. I had to follow up multiple times over 3 weeks without a clear response. My advice to Razorpay is that if you expect candidates to be available for interviews on short notice, it's only polite to at least let them know if they didn't pass an interview so they don't have to wait indefinitely.
