The interview process was okay. The first interview was really basic and made the job sound good. Then the second interview was on-site at Sams Club where you actually see what the job entails. It's not really a marketing job, even though they'll sell it to you like it is. If you want sales, this is probably a good job, but they try to pitch it as whatever you're interested in.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through a three-part hiring process. First, I met with the hiring manager to talk about my background and learn about the company. Then, I had a second interview where we went into the position more deeply. For the third interview, I met with the President, and they extended an offer. After that, I submitted my background check and was hired.

I was brought in for 3 rounds of interviews. The first was in a office where we discussed what they sold and did. The second round was in a Sam's Club where I saw how they actually worked. Then the 3rd round was in the office again where they gave me the job.

It was a pretty quick and easy interview process, only three steps and then I got the job offer for the office. I got to meet the owner and hear what they expect. Also got to shadow someone for a bit.
