The interview process was pretty simple. It had 3 rounds. First, a phone call with someone from talent, then another phone call with the Department Manager. The last round was in person with the Department Manager, Department Director, and HR at the location where I'd be working. They mentioned other departments might do things differently. Standard questions were asked, no real logic problems.

I applied online and then got a call from an outside agency for a pre-screening based on my skills. After that, I had interviews set up for a few admin jobs in different departments. A few of the interviews were group interviews. When I got there, they had changed my interview time and didn't let me know, so I ended up waiting in the lobby for a while, and it was really cold and unwelcoming. In the group interviews, each person in the group asked a question, and then at the end, we were given time to ask the group questions.

So after a recruiter screened me, my resume got sent to two hiring managers. I didn't know who they were when they called because I was supposed to get an email with their names and titles, plus the confirmed date and time, but that email NEVER came. Anyway, when they called, they seemed SUPER RUSHED and STRESSED. They spent 5 minutes introducing themselves, talking about the recent merger, and the need for a new strategic org to handle twice as many plants. The next 20 minutes were them firing a bunch of general questions at me that didn't really fit my previous industry experience. In hindsight, I should have asked for clarification instead of trying to force my answers. I got 5 minutes to ask them questions, and from that, I found out one manager got hired through a friend and someone who left Rayonier recently went to Alaska to start a brewery. I didn't get the job, and I had to chase them down a week after I was supposed to hear back.

Applied through a recruiter and then I interviewed at their headquarters. Spoke with three people in a group interview. There was another interviewer who couldn't make it and was subsequently replaced with someone else.
