Implementation Manager
If you don’t get a response on next steps, most likely you did not move onto the next round or got the offer. They are bad at responding or giving bad news so they just ghost you even though you did all the rounds and they said they’ll reach out in a day or two. Also, they claim that going into work 3 days a week is useless so they require you to go into work 4 days a week. I never heard of that, going into work 3 days a week is a lot already. They require you to only wfh one of the following weekdays (Tuesday, Wednesday , or Thursday) so yes you have to go into work mandatory for Mondays and Fridays. Don’t get your hopes up if you don’t hear back from them. Also, everyone else is friendly except for the CEO. CEO is a 5-10min chat and he’s not friendly and was busy/multitasking during the call so if you do not get it, you’re dodging a bullet.
- How would you make the implementation process better, and are you fine with a 4-day in-office work week? What gets you excited, and what frustrates you?
- Tell me about what excites you and what drives you crazy.
Account Executive
The hiring process was unprofessional, immoral, and disorganized. I completed an initial phone screen with the recruiter, John Waechter. He didn't have essential information about the sales team, like quotas, sales cycles, target achievement rates, or typical deal sizes. Despite this, I advanced to an in-person interview the next day with the CEO (Bobby Marhamat), the Director of Sales (Houman A.), and two other people. The interview was casual and conversational, but sales topics weren't really discussed. After the interview, John gave a verbal offer and promised a follow-up in two days. I asked if the offer was final and if I could share the news, and he said yes. But then, I was ghosted. My follow-up emails were ignored, and even when I called the hiring manager directly, he seemed surprised. It's astonishingly unprofessional and shows poor company ethics. I don't recommend applying here. Ignore the positive reviews; they seem fake, as others have noted.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What activities do you enjoy outside of work?
Salesforce Administrator
The interview process felt really awful, even though there were only two rounds: one with the hiring manager and another with the CEO. The hiring manager was looking for someone with senior experience, particularly in CPQ, but they were only willing to pay a JUNIOR admin salary in downtown San Francisco for a full-time position, which is what was advertised. After I repeatedly asked for an update following the final interview over a month prior, they offered me a 3-month contract position with no room for negotiation.
- Can you describe your experience with CPQ?
- What's your experience working in a fast-paced environment like?
- What makes you want to join Raydiant?
Salesforce Administrator
It was pretty straightforward. First interview was basically to see if we were a good fit and if my goals aligned with theirs. Second interview was a mix of getting to know me and some technical questions. The third interview was with HR.
- Since this position isn't remote, would you be alright with commuting to the office?
- Can you explain how you handle managing multiple projects simultaneously?
- Could you define what a profile is in Salesforce?
