Behavioral

The interview had really invasive questions, feeling more personal than achievement-based. It wasn't organised at all, just strange overall. I decided not to take the job because I didn't feel like they would have my best interests in mind.

They asked about my strengths and weaknesses, and also my interests and hobbies. It was pretty relaxed, and the interviewer seemed keen to get to know me better. They seem to value people who are willing to put in the effort and learn new things.

The process started with a resume review, followed by an interview with the Principal. Ultimately, the decision of whether or not to hire is communicated via email. The Principal asks many questions to assess your suitability for the role. I applied online, and then got a link to do some timed questions that I had to send to the company for review. If those questions were good, I had a face-to-face interview. If that went well, I had a performance and goal test to see what I could do and if I had direction. Like, are you a leader or follower, are you motivated, driven etc. It was a bunch of different questions, like what would you rather, do you care if, or rank certain situations.
